i was promised a car for $300. down and $150. a month payment. after they handed me the keys to my new car and my ride left they decided that they wanted $1000. down and a monthly payment of $350.00 !!! Did I smell fraud, yes, however they knew I was a single parent and desparate for a way to work and they took total advantage of the situation. they set up a payment plan for the downpayment and assured me they would work with me $700. into the down payment I owed a payment of $200. and called them the week before because i was concerned that I wouldn't make it. They asked me to call at the end of the week with as much as I could afford and they would work with me. I expalined to them that i really felt that I was being taken advantage of . when I called at the end of the week and offered $90.00 the "new" manager explained to me that regardless of what any one else promised me he was not willing tot work with me and wants me to return the car. Do I smell fraud? Yes my next call will be to the state Prosecutors.  (0.0)
